I made some red and green ones for a family and their newborn daughter in traditional red and green, and they turned out so cute!I also did a group of four for Faeriedtreasures, a wonderful etsy seller. She posted a picture of what they looked like in her home, and they are so cute!
Check out her shop at http://www.faeriedtreasures.etsy.com/. She has beautiful unique pieces of jewelry that will meet you needs for the women in you life.

You can also add embellishments to you stockings to make them even more personalized. You can choose owls, birdies, stars, or anything else that you would like. These stockings are $24 and you can find them at: ttp://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?ref=vl_other_2&listing_id=18453741

I completed an order for a family that chose stars for their stockings, and they turned out wonderful!

Don't need a stocking, but looking for something cute for your tree? How about some owls? Owls are hot this season, so why not put them on your tree? You can get them plain or with a name monogrammed on them. Which ever way you prefer, they are definitely a wonderful way to show your fun side during the holidays. They are $5 for the plain ones and $7 for the personalized one and can be found at:http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=17979793

Im not sure it my stuff is really right for it, but, it is worth a try to get my passion for creation out there. So, I will give it a try, right? Monsters, OH MY!!!!!

The winner of my November giveaway is an Etsy member that goes by the name of kelligilbert. Her website is http://www.kelligilbert.etsy.com/
and oh my, does she make some cute monsters.
I find these little creations, so wonderful, because I can find a personality in each one of these little fleece and felt creatures. The one that caught my eye is Glor and Mort.

Glor and Mort, you see, are my daughters in monster form.

Ruby would prefer to be attached at Delaney's hip, the little sister looking up at her big sister with a rotten smirk on her face, while Delaney is wondering, why she just won't leave her alone.

These little creatures are something I would definitely pick up for your children, grandchildren, or nieces or nephews, for their birthday, Christmas presents, or for a 'just because' day.

Whatever it is, you can't help to smile at these little guys.

I had the opportunity to ask Kelli a few questions about her inspirations and designs.

She is inspired by the success of the many of other Etsy members that share her passion. Her designs are inspired by cartoon characters, and the artists that draw their monsters. Their drawing and creativity give her the inspiration to keep making new monsters. The beauty of Kelli's craft is that it isn't about the money, it is about the creation. She is going to take things day by day to see where the monster road takes her.

Be sure to check out Kelli's monsters, I am sure that there is a little one that you will find a kinship with!
